Sailing lessons

Wednesday, October 7th, 2009

When: Mondays 12noon – 1pm… Commencing Term 4 (Mon 26 Oct)
Where: Boatshed at Penrith Regatta Centre
Cost: $8 per child
Who: Lessons are for all ages – they are happy and willing to put any age out for a sail as long as they have a life-jacket to fit …the youngest is for 18month-2 year old! Parents will be encouraged to join in as well and learn some skills to help out the volunteers.

The aim will be for the children to get to a stage of being able to sail on the lake independently – with help just a rescue motor-boat away!

If you are interested please let me know. There is plenty of room under shade-sail for littlies to run around. Spaces are limited – hoping for a group of about 15.
