We enjoyed working with Kerry from Build-a-Mind so much, we decided to invite her back. During this series of workshops children will have the opportunity to spend focused time on Lego coding kits one week and free explore with other kits the other week. Build-A-Mind focuses on exposing children (and adults) to new technology, new tools and different methods of construction, alongside familiar toys such as Lego.  Children are gently encouraged to express their creativity and expand their horizons at a pace that suits them individually.    Our team of Edutainers facilitate explorative learning and guide the children to find their own conclusions on how to progress with whatever project they may be working on.

Our mantra begins “We are makers, we are creators, we are innovators …..”  and we strive to instil this belief in everyone we work with.

Cost for the two week series: $24 HEA members/$30 non-members

Living Learning programs are pitched at a 5yrs and up age group as a loose guideline. It is an insurance requirement from HEA that parents are at the venue or provide written notice of their absence to the event organiser and have a designated “supervising carer” present for their children. When you are the “supervising carer” for another parent, please ensure you include the names of the children who are in your care when you sign the HEA sign on sheet.
